2012 Building a Community of Belonging Forum
The Arcadia Institute and its Partners – the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo, the Kalamazoo Nature Center, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kalamazoo, the Southwest Michigan Council of Boy Scouts, and the Portage District Library are hosting the third annual Building a Community of Belonging Forum, to be held March 15, 2102. This Forum allows community members and organizations to explore the idea of inclusion and how we can continue to grow a Community of Belonging in Kalamazoo.

The Arcadia Institute holds a few events per year where you and your company can learn more about who we are and what we do – as well as communicate with other area companies.
Urban Blend Benefit
Please join us on Sunday, March 27th, from 3pm to 5pm at the Urban Blend coffeehouse, 714 North Burdick.
The Arcadia Institute is raising funds to help Urban Blend because of our commitment to making Kalamazoo a place where all people belong. Come for some entertainment and to learn more about the vision for Urban Blend to be a catalyst for revitalizing our community!

2011 Building a Community of Belonging Forum
The Arcadia Institute has held its second annual Building a Community of Belonging Forum, held March 16-17. This Forum allowed community members and organizations to explore the idea of inclusion and how we can continue to grow a Community of Belonging in Kalamazoo. The Arcadia Institute and its Partners – the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo, the Kalamazoo Nature Center, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kalamazoo and the Southwest Michigan Council of Boy Scouts – hope to see you next year!

2010 Building a Community of Belonging Forum
The Arcadia Institute and its Partners – the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo, the Kalamazoo Nature Center, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kalamazoo and the Southwest Michigan Council of Boy Scouts – held our first Forum on March 18, 2010.
The 2010 Building a Community of Belonging Forum invited participants to explore the idea of inclusion and how they could create a Community of Belonging together.
